The Xanadu is a luxury homestay chain with properties across South India in places like Coonoor, Gudalur and Kodaikanal. With home-cooked meals and easy access to prime areas, The Xanadu is truly a home away from home.

We were tasked with creating a digital presence and solidifying the brand communication. Being a luxury proposition, we chose a more subtle approach to content and design. The overall communication was simple, bold and confident, without compromising on luxury.

Luxury and nature seldom make a bad combination

The digital initiative garnered a lot of eyeballs and saw a massive engagement. We also looked at coupling this digital leg with a lot of on-ground activities like hosting photography workshops, bird watching camps, etc. at the resort to strengthen the community of visitors. We also proposed a tie up with Zoomcar, to ensure a 2 way partnership between both brands to strengthen presence in South India.
