Willow is a first-of-its-kind healthcare staffing agency based out of Pennysylvania, USA.
Our goal was to build a visual identity system that was not only relevant, but that will stand the true test of time in the global landscape. The new identity is meant to be consistent across every single touch point, thereby increasing brand recall and engagement.

We did an in-depth study and found out that the market was filled with companies providing the exact same solution. We discovered that it would be better to put the flexible work ethic at the very forefront of this whole movement. Hence, we coined their main USP - Work Smart. Work Flexible.
This was further enhanced by our marketing solutions team, that created a plethora of content for all the digital touch points. Performance marketing also played a major role in allowing Willow to be recognized and seen by potential employees across digital mediums.
The entire brand design + content helped the brand stand out among the herd and create conversation around the perks and benefits that make them market leaders in their segment.

The bespoke digital marketing campaign allowed Willow to reach out to potential talent by segmenting the exact target groups and reaching the right people.
We targeted specific counties and states that Willow was looking at hiring and catering to. What’s better? Nurses started reaching out to the brand based on the flexible work ethic that the brand brought into a highly saturated industry.
We also created highly stylised ID cards that made Willow position itself as an aspirational company to work for. The use of colours indicating nurse specialisations made for hospitals to easily recognise core specialities of the workforce with just a single glance and this also will serve as a visual recall element for the brand in the years to come.
