We helped bring this entire identity to life by creating extremely relatable content across all digital touchpoints. Right from branding the social media channels to creating interesting IPs that included showcasing sellers from across the country to talking about the pre-loved items on sale, we did it all. And then some!

All it requires, is just a nudge.

We wanted to get people to start understanding the importance of decluttering their surroundings. With disposable income on the rise and fast fashion having become the trendsetter, this is the best time to have this conversation of decluttering and encouraging people to JustFreeUp.

The need to create interesting and relatable content buckets allowed us to think beyond the ordinary. We spoke to existing customers and understood the need to build personas around them and actually bring their stories to life. From the middle-aged housewife who wanted to sell the toys that her kids had outgrown to the teenager in need of a pre-loved pair of ballerinas, we tapped into the market by bringing these stories to the forefront.

All this was brought to life in the form of a scalable identity system that seamlessly allowed us to showcase these pieces of content in a stunning visual format.
