Pedal For The Planet is a cycling event for the public conceptualised by the Embassy Group. Aimed at promoting cleaner, greener ways of commuting and living, this flagship event has witnessed avid cyclists over the years from across Bengaluru pedal their way for the cause of the environment.

Our main motive was to garner as many eyeballs as possible across digital mediums. A culmination of real-time marketing, a robust campaign strategy and consistency across various touch points helped us take the event from the previous year’s 200 participants to 1500+ participants in the following year.

In the papers! Our entire campaign look and feel was also adapted into print design in the form of a half page ad in one of the country’s leading newspapers.

This allowed registrations to increase - giving a 360-degree approach to our entire campaign and allowing us to achieve a massive milestone for the Embassy Group. From 200 in the previous year to 1500+ unique entries in the year we took over, it proved how platform-specific content strategy is the most important North Star to set for yourself right at the onset.
